They aren't inexpensive, either....Nor are they legally available in Fornicalia.
The average jobless commie rabble rouser would have to either smuggle them in across the Mexican border, or travel at least 1,000 miles to find a retail storefront that could accommodate such sales...I think Wyoming or South Dakota are the nearest states available for that.
More circumstantial evidence that these riots are planned and staged....Defacto civil war with an opposing combatant power structure too cowardly to show themselves.
