I didn't say arrest him. Bring him in for questioning and find out who paid for the riot gear and hired him to distribute. Do you have a problem with that?

Your post makes no sense. You can't say something is a crime or not until you suspect there is a crime and investigate. You can't just say there is no crime without an investigation to prove whether there was a crime or not. You're just automatically judging that there is no crime without even investigating to see if there was a crime or not. Everyone can be suspected of committing a crime. If you are here illegally then you can be detained. The FBI used sophisticated devices to identify and track down non violent mom and pop Jan 6 demonstrators but it's unlikely that the L.A. anarchists will be treated the same way.
