This may be problematic for Kash Patel

Here Senator Dick Durbin angrily displays a blown up photo of Kash Patel standing with a white woman.

I can't say by exact percentage how much of the Democrat fury at the selection of Patel is race-based, but we have all seen the intensity of emotions that democrats display when a non-white American leaves the Democrat Plantation.

Notice how they cropped the picture so that the white woman is on the viewer's far right, and the staffer's hand can momemtarily be mistaken for Patel's hand, violating the Democrats' long-held (centuries long) rules of racial separatism. No doubt this is intended to inflame their base against Patel.

That’s Laura Loomer. Kash dismissed her as if he didn’t know her.

Had nothing to do with second or race

Democrats aways say that when they're being racist.

Are these the same people that saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors?
Dismissing the use of anonymous sources is just another way trumples try to deal with information making them uncomfortable. It's become habitual through a variety of means, and memes, since the reporting on trump is so consistently damning.

Only because you don't like the facts of where they lead
Nonsense. Trump actively took those docs and then fought tooth and nail to keep them.

Biden did neither

Prosecutors focus on Trump declassification claims in Kash Patel testimony: report

Federal prosecutors questioned former Trump aide Kash Patel on Thursday about his previous claims that former President Trump had declassified documents recovered from Mar-a-Lago, The Washington Post reported.

Patel appeared for the second time in a month before a federal grand jury investigating Trump’s handling of classified documents after the Department of Justice agreed on Wednesday to grant him immunity for any information he provided.

The former Trump aide was also asked about how and why the former president took classified records with him to Mar-a-Lago, according to the Post.

Patel previously said in media interviews that he had witnessed Trump issue declassification orders near the end of his presidency, particularly on the FBI’s investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Patel’s grand jury appearance was his second in less than a month. At his first appearance in October, he asserted his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, according to people familiar with the matter who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the situation. Prosecutors argued he was not in legal jeopardy and therefore could not take the Fifth, but a federal judge disagreed with the government.
Prosecutors ultimately decided to grant Patel limited-use immunity, the people familiar with the matter said, meaning he could not be charged for a crime based on what he said in the grand jury, as long as he didn’t lie.

The problem for Kash (beyond his taking the 5th to protect himself from self incrimination, not a good look for the head of the FBI) is Jack Smith's indictment of Dotard and his co-defendants state trump in fact did not declassify the docs he stole.

Paradoxically, if Kash was telling the truth..........which he isn't.........it would mean trump declassified highly sensitive docs so he could........what........show them off to guests at MAL? Nah, he'd never do that.

Former press secretary says Trump showed classified documents to people on Mar-a-Lago dining patio

If that doesn’t work the dems can always get some slut from 25 years ago to claim he raped here.

Did biden break the law by taking them? Yes

You think top secret documents just "accidently" showed up at 2 or 3 different biden properties?

None of what he had, was he authorized to have.

And no, biden didn't comply willingly, if he had those boxes would have been returned 30 years prior.

It blew up under trump, and biden had an "oh shit " moment, and had his lawyers scour through thr boxes before letting the FBI come and get them.

You all expect us to believe these separate but related incidents are all just coincidence?

Funny how ya'll always leave Pence out.

Because he's not typically associated with these conversations. If he broke the law, then he needs to be looked at as well.

There is a reason Pence isn't mentioned by cultists in these discussions.

yeah, it's called out of sight out of mind.

Pence has never been center stage. The question should be, why don't you lefties bring it up more often?

It's called hypocrisy.

I'm not a lefty, I was a proud Republican for decades. Now I'm a GOP anti-Trumper. There is a difference.

I bring it up all the time.
