Unless you're paying taxes, you don't need to "claim" relatives in Mexico. The reality is, about 75 percent of undocumented foreigners get an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number and pay the silly taxes.

Had this been left to the patriots already on the job 15 or so years ago, this would not be an issue. We were winning the war against the whole illegally ratified 16th Amendment and income taxes.
