So it stands to reason, if you want a despotic regime the best way to go about it is to destroy the moral fiber of society

That's pretty bad! But it's still a bit different in Canada and I can only attribute that to Canada being more 'socialist' or 'socially responsible'.

The threat of jail time for America's kids isn't working very well.

The answer is in showing them 'love' and caring and kindness, but the devil is in the 'DETAILS'.

And nobody cares enough to talk about any stinkin details.

Don't be rediculous. Kids did the same type of things on the bus in the 60s. As far as their language, they only recently learned those words and are joyfully trying them out. Kids have always done that, and I suspect they always will. The only real difference between now and the 60s is they would get their asses whipped when their parents found out. It didn't change their behavior, but it made them a little more careful about where they did it.
