So how far can they go? Who can stop them?

Is that freedom? The US supposedly has DUE PROCESS. This means you can't have your stuff broken just because a police officer is inept.

Don't cooperate with a law enforcement officer's lawful order and you deserve anything that happens to you.

The man, almost certainly a US citizen, was stopped. Had his window smashed in even though he wasn't trying to run away, had ID that proved he was a US citizen, dragged out of the car, driven for 10 minutes before these [I'm not allowed to insult people in the OP, just imagine it instead] police decided to check his documentation and let him go.

That's what freedom looks like in Trump's America. The US is more free than any other country because.... even in China they wouldn't do this.

I thought that might be Biden's America when political enemies were harassed and threatened, journalists had their phones tapped, agencies were reshuffled to screw up the next president and allow more spying on him, where our president called us garbage, took innocent people's phones and threw them in jail for being friends of Trump, targeted and oppressed any of Biden's political enemies, locked up 1600 innocent people trying to squash a political movement that weakened his own party, raided an ex-president's home looking for documents that might incriminate him, had cocaine and naked sex parties at the White House, then pardoned himself to absolve himself of any potential prosecution.

One broken window that the WH will pay for sounds a whole lot better.

Socialism is a political and economic theory of social organization which advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a whole. So I'm not sure how that fits in with the video. The guy in the video is just one of hundreds on YouTube that have come to the same conclusion after emigrating from America. Of course folk will defend the 10 lies if they're American living in America, it's what they were brought up to believe.

I've been to the US many times due to family connection. Haven't been for sometime because my great aunt died, NC. I like the US, I'm just merely pointing out you're brought up believing those 10 lies. London is shit, I wouldn't go back there, my brother loves living down there, I prefer living in the sticks. As for Europe, only been to France and Spain. The French are arseholes, so visiting twice was enough for me. Mainland Spain and the Spanish islands are good.

I have been pulled over by law enforcement more times than I can count in my long life and I've never been abused. I also have never refused to roll down my window or been uncooperative. I have ALWAYS produced my drivers license, registration and proof of insurance as required by law. Law enforcement has a tough job to do and when a person is uncooperative for no reason other than "I don't have to" (which is BS when you are exercising your PRIVILEGE to drive) they deserve everything they get.

I don't know what to "suppose", but I am sure that You are 50 times more likely to be shot by the police in US than in Russia. The same applies to a lesser extent to other types of interactions with the police. I speak from personal experience.

If you think he's illegal, ask for his ID. If he refuses, you talk to him some more. Then if he refuses, you tell him, "okay, we're going to take you down to the police station".

This sort of thing should take more time than "get out the ******* car you ******* underling" "No" "Bang, I just broke you car, and oh look you're now on the floor" in three seconds.

When pulled over it’s important to remember that you are ‘detained’ at that point. Roll your window down, and comply with the requesting officer. The time to argue your rights isn’t roadside.

What does "not cooperating" mean? Are police officers not trained in how to deal with people? Could they not talk to this person.

I mean, the police literally need to have a reason to stop someone in the first place. What was that reason? "You look like an immigrant"????

Maybe the problems started way before they stopped this guy and he was pissed that they stopped him because they think they can do whatever they want in "a free society".
