This is what REAL freedom looks like. Only the US has REAL freedom. And it involves Real ID too.

The man, almost certainly a US citizen, was stopped. Had his window smashed in even though he wasn't trying to run away, had ID that proved he was a US citizen, dragged out of the car, driven for 10 minutes before these [I'm not allowed to insult people in the OP, just imagine it instead] police decided to check his documentation and let him go.

That's what freedom looks like in Trump's America. The US is more free than any other country because.... even in China they wouldn't do this.
When law enforcement officers tell you to get out of your car, GET OUT OF YOUR CAR. The issues, like was he a citizen, can be dealt with later. If he had gotten out of his car, his car window would NOT have been smashed.

When America was great, people pooped in an outhouse. That's what manly men do.

BTW, that bidet Trump put in the Lincoln bathroom is absolutely adorable.

If you are stopped and asked repeatedly to lower your window to speak to a police officer and show identity and you refuse, expect to have your window broken and be arrested for hindering and obstruction.
Tell me it didn't happen before in during the Obama or Biden administrations and I'll call you a liar.

Is that freedom?

I'm sure it did happen under other presidents. Trump has tried to make it more acceptable to be violent, especially with ICE.

However Americans will tell you how free they are, and yet we see the police not having for the memo.

He was given a lawful order which he refused. He got what he deserved.

More importantly, he was obstructing. He admits it here...

So, in the US if a police officer tells you to do something, and you refuse as a US citizen, the police can pull down your pants and rape the shit out of you? Because you got what you deserved?

**** off.

There's rule of law. You should not be getting thrown on the road and having your property broken. They should deal with this in a professional manner.

So, how far can the police go? Can they rape you if you don't get out of the car? Shoot you and kill you?

The police are above the law?

In order to help preserve our freedom, police need to be able to go after the bad guys. Obstructing the police or other illegal activity is not consistent with freedom since the laws are intended to protect others' freedom to pursue happiness as well.

There is no video of what transpired before the window being broken, but it's probably nothing like the media is implying.

Just wait until JD Vance and Palantir take over

Yup. ICE is awful!

I hope more illegal aliens self-deport, to stay safe from ICE.

And you were loving every minute of it when W pushed the patriot act through. Careful what you wish for.

Yeah, they do.

But they shouldn't be given free reign to beat people up for no reason, or break their stuff for no reason.

If you have a guy who's in his car, sat there, doing nothing and refusing. You try and talk to him.

If you think he's illegal, ask for his ID. If he refuses, you talk to him some more. Then if he refuses, you tell him, "okay, we're going to take you down to the police station".

This sort of thing should take more time than "get out the ******* car you ******* underling" "No" "Bang, I just broke you car, and oh look you're now on the floor" in three seconds.

That's not what the police in a FREE SOCIETY does.

The time for talking petulant children out of childish activities is when they are children. A person who is refusing to cooperate with lawful authorities is wasting taxpayer dollars and should be dealt with decisively. These authorities did exactly what they had been trained to do.

Precisely!

You are being ridiculous.

Yeah, I am, and why? Because I'm following what you said.

Your essential premise is, you're told to get out of the car, you do it, otherwise the police can do X, Y and Z.

So how far can they go? Who can stop them?

Is that freedom? The US supposedly has DUE PROCESS. This means you can't have your stuff broken just because a police officer is inept.

I bet something like that transpired before the video. Probably went on for a while, aggravating the cops, as intended.

Then, in the video...
Cop said, "if you don't roll down your window, I am going to break it."
Dude said, "I am not opening my windows. If you break it, you bought it."

Do you trust US cops to take this on for a while? I don't.

That clip is horseshit.

Who does EVERY country in the free world call when they are in deep shit?

Us.

Every time.

Because we're the greatest.
