And in the end who wins?

Who wins if white people feel safe to shop or even move to black neighborhoods? Blacks.

Who wins if a young black girl is taught to end the cycle of poverty by going to college before she has a baby she can't afford?

Who wins if black men start fathering the humans they create? Not every other week. I'm talking 7 days a week.

Who wins if we lower the birth rates in high poverty communities? We all do.

And these people don't even vote so there's no down side
