My job has now allowed part-time teleworking which is 4 weeks at home and 4 weeks in the office. So since me and a few ladies started working from home on sept 8th and go back to the office on 10/6/ and back home in November. The ladies who are part of my group was saying today they wish they can stay home and not go back to the office. Im like,,,,,,"what the hell are yall talking about? The other group of people in the office now is scheduled to come home in October lol So how the **** can u not go back to the office? Bunch of ungrateful bitches lol

Your post is not what I thought it would be from your title. Of course people allowed to "work at home" don't want to go back. Nothing to do with being women, just human nature.
But from your other posts, it is plain that your problem is that you don't know what women want. I tell you the secret:
Women don't know what they want.
So you, as the man, have to tell them what they want.
Otherwise, you will spin your wheels trying to guess what they want.
If what you tell them they want is not even close to what they think they might want if they ever make up their mind, the relationship will be short. It will only be based on them finally finding a man who acts like one. So, it will be sweet, if you know what I mean. But short, keep that in mind.
When you finally run into one who was already - consciously or unconsciously - longing for what you tell them they want, that's when it will last - so long as you have a plan to provide it. Which is usually not much of a trick if you have a job, a little money set by, and functioning reproductive organs.
If you ask them what they want and then try to provide what they say they want, you are doomed to failure, because what they tell you is what they want people to think that they want.
By telling them what they want, when it was secretly what they wanted to say they want, you give them permission to be themselves. Their best selves which can be achieved by following your lead.
