This is pretty interesting for multiple reasons

No it’s no ā€œactionableā€ at all, and it’s probably true. Melania is 24 years younger than Trump. She’s hoping and praying he dies soon and she’ll be rid of him.

They don’t live together, and haven’t for years. She doesn’t even show up on his birthday.

This isn’t a marriage. It’s a business arrangement.
Troll ***** ^ would sing a different tune had that quip been offered about ā€œDr.ā€ Jill Biden.

I don't watch them but you do?
and thats how you know their bad?
Explain why you watch something you think is not worth watching???
Did you not realize that one may watch a few shows once in a while and recognize that the stuff being aired is shit.

That doesn’t mean one must continue to watch it.

Because you're an idiot, and your peers like referring to them, so people check them out.. Takes all of 30 seconds for them to open their mouths and prove they're morons, same as reading one of your posts tells us all we need to know about you.

Make sure you add Fallon in there too--no talent POS.

I watched him a couple of times, because he had a guest singer on I wanted to check out. He didn't seem as if his job was to bash Trump his entire time on air like the other two tards. But yeah, not much on charisma, and wasn't that good on SNL either.

The clown that followed him, Seth Something, was as bad as Kimmel and that creepy looking Colbert.

CBS is taking-on the FCC.
ABC? Disney?

And the complaint is that the FCC abuses its official regulatory authority to suppress freedom of speech.
But the FCC is the ultimate regulatory authority which decides where broadcast standards fall. Instead, Disney and ABC are attempting to regulate the FCC.

This tells me they think they again have some far-left federal judge in their pocket they intend to use to override the FCC. This also tells me Disney/ABC stand to lose BIG by the current FCC trend to reign in TDS Trump-bashing.

I catch his monologue on occasion after the news---until the first time he bashes Trump--it is about 25-1, the times it takes less than 2 minutes before that happens.

You are so jealous. :itsok:

You Democrats make it about race, every time you lose a point, same as you're doing now.

Why do Democrats have organizations with names like 'La Raza', CAIR, BLM, and 'Congressional Black Caucus'?
Why are you so concerned with race? You know this is going to blow up this fall on you and worse in 2028.

I did not lie. But you are.
Neener neener, geezer. Rots'o'ruck with your delusions.

Meanwhile, the demented elderly aside, I support the right of media to broadcast whatever content they like with a due regard to Constitutional-supported local regulation.

The bigoted jerkoffs who have a problem with a "negress" Helen or two gays kissing need to get off their asses and learn to change the frickin' channel.

ABC? Disney?

Uhm. Yeah. My bad. I thought it was SeeBS. My link clearly instead discusses ABC/Disney. (I wonder if SeeBS is also suing the FCC?)

Either way, I see it as a ballsy move by the owners.

appreciate your catch.

It’s a legitimate legal conundrum.

As a conservative, I don’t like any governmental agency using its legitimate authority to engage in targeting, especially targeting involving genuine freedom of speech.

But I also don’t like our publically-owned but privately-leased airwaves being used by some private companies (like the major broadcasting entities) to serve as the propaganda mouthpieces for just one political party.

Part of me does see the value of reminding those broadcast companies that they don’t own the airwaves. We, the People, do. So don’t use those huge companies for one-sided propaganda purposes against the true owners.

So what do you propose? The national socialization of all media?

I support free speech, capitalism and the right to change the channel. I'm against anti-American authoritarians seek to overthrow our Republic and our Constitution in favor of a White Nationalist autocracy.

Where do you stand on that line, BA?

I think making up a joke making fun of FLOTUS' as an 'expectant widow' when her husband is POTUS is really actionable. Kimmel is toast.
Yeah. The thing is, individuals have first amendment rights. But, free over the air broadcasters are supposed to represent ALL Americans, not just those on the left. Yes, Kimmel himself does have first amendment rights, but free over the air broadcasters do not so the over the air networks aren't supposed to be biased, representing only one side. That violates their licenses. So, Kimmel can say anything he wants except when he's on free over the air broadcast networks, which are supposed to represent everyone. They would have a point if Kimmel criticized both sides roughly equally but he doesn't, therefore when he's on free over the air networks, he can't show an obvious bias toward one side. Paid TV is a different story where they can be as biased as they want.

I watch his monologues on Hulu and usually skip the rest of the show. I like Kimmel's monologues better than Colberts or Fallon's, in that order.

He's funny. The MAGAt panty twist is just more evidence they are all whiny little children.

Only an idiot believes Kimmel made the first widow joke about a May-December marriage... but, so far, I've never met a smart MAGAt.

Late night entertainment shows are legally required to be politically unbiased?

You ask truly stupid questions.

And since I’ve already answered the question, I’ll just let you figure it out. Hint. It evolves reading. Good luck.
