Mortimer, never any German ever had been an Aryan. If "Aryans" are not only a hypothese but had been real people then they had been - together with others - first of all ancestors of the Persians. Hitler used this English construct only on reason to make a difference between German Jews and all other Germans. Israelites had been Semites, better to say: Hebrew is a semitic language. With the absurd construct "Jews are not Aryans - are not German blooded" started a fratricide on the German Jews who had been Germans like all others before Hitler came. That's why he needed a marker for his racism.

No one has to forgive you anything. Think whatever you like to think who had been your ancestors - best it is Tom Sawyer's aunt Polly or so - nevertheless you always will be you. Real or wrong ancestors are no excuse for nothing.
