It was something like that, and don't put items that are plugged in, in water, or don't fill up spa while plugged in. Common sense stuff.

I bought a baby pool for my son, and it had these small fish looking type of rings that you blew up, and stars that you inflated,and they were no bigger than your hand. Of course on the back it said they were not life saving devices.
