Earth is adding ice. Humans do two things that push sea levels higher - burning hydrocarbons produces CO2 and H2O, and taking material off land and building cruise ships, carriers, cargo ships, artificial islands etc. all displace water tonnage and push ocean levels higher, not much higher, but higher.

And the oceans are not rising with all that going on = no ongoing net ice melt, actually slight ice gain offsetting the other two, precisely what the Surface Air Pressure data indicates
