It’s quite telling that there is more - or even equal - outrage over an act of vandalism by Jews than mass murder by Muslims.

My brother is a MAGA but he sees Israeli's are horrible people too. He see's it. He can articulate it better than I can but he knows Israel is shady and Jewish people are purposely annoying. Argumentative. Stubborn. Quick to call someone else anti semetic but they are the biggest hypocrites when it comes to this.

Anyways, long story short. He says even still, over in the Middle East, Israel is all we got. They are our friends. Not the arabs.

It was a bad look and a stupid decision by a young soldier (I assume he is young). Israel was right to admit it happened and not try and cover it up. Their transparency carries weight and juxtaposes from their foes. I do hope their are consequences, it is not the time for politics.

Bibi said they are going to rebuild the statue. A nice gesture to Christians and those in Lebanon to remind them that they are not the enemy.

Let us not however compare this stupid act with that of the rabid terrorists who indiscriminately murder Christians, young and old. A statue can be rebuilt and a young soldier reprimanded. A life cannot be saved once taken by a terrorist (and that terrorists soul cannot be saved by any human).

The Israel Defense Forces confirmed the authenticity of a photo showing a soldier in southern Lebanon smashing a statue of Jesus with a sledgehammer, and said it would take action against those involved.

The statement, issued shortly after midnight on Sunday-Monday, came after the photo circulated widely online. Earlier, as the photo spread on social media, IDF spokesperson Lt. Col. Nadav Shoshani posted on X that the military would investigate.

Following an initial review of the photo, the military said that “it was established that the photograph depicts an IDF soldier operating in southern Lebanon.”

I would say you are trying to make a two wrongs makes a right argument but I don't know why Lebanese Christians joined the "other Arabs" other than they were Arabs.

When a Muslim cuts off a Jewish baby’s head or burns a Jewish toddler alive, he is celebrated and cheered.
