It strikes Me that even the evidence we have is sufficient to perp walk a few of them. I'm sure the DOJ has even more information not released to the public, and I cannot even fathom a concept where that information would stop a full-blown prosecution. The problem with prosecuting people for the fraud we are uncovering is twofold.
One, proving white collar crime is really really hard. It's called a "what happened" crime. Things like Murder are easier, and fall under the "who did it" category of crime. the Concept of murder is easy to explain to a jury, you just have to prove the person did it. For fraud not only do you have to prove the person did it, you have to prove what they did was actually fraud.
2nd, you better have a rock solid case, and find a jury somewhere that isn't a Dem stronghold, because failure sets up the cries of "it's all a political hatchet job"
I'll admit it, Bondi has been a disappointment. We need more than just fiery rhetoric in Congress and a pretty face.
This country NEEDS to see the Democrats in power held accountable for their crimes. Make no mistake, they will make up crimes to prosecute Trump and his cabinet, and they will NOT fear pursuing those charges.
