The image Trump published was fake and added an MS-13 tattoo.
Kilmar has NO "previous arrest".
All he has is a traffic stop for an expired driver's license.

And a deportation order.

I don't have any personal knowledge, but since there was no judicial due process involved in any of the deportations, it is very unlikely those claims of these being criminals are true.
If they were convicted in court, then they would have to be in prison and could not be deported legally.

Those who have no personal knowledge I think are not in a position to evaluate the situation.
