Just because Rex Ryan never worked for a team that traditionally had loose purse strings [to go get the players Rex wanted for his schemes] that does not mean Rex never had great strategies for stopping QBs he faced. No matter the greatness of Rex's plans, they always failed when Rex didn't have players who can execute great plans.
