Why should State tax dollars be used for Federal programs? ... if the Feds are anal about immigration laws, then they need to pay to enforce them ... doesn't the Constitution give this right exclusively to the Federal government? ...

Oregon sends the name in when our LE arrests someone ... they're sitting in jail, ICE can come get them ... turns out the suspect is innocent of the State crime, we haven't heard from ICE, so we cut them lose ... simple ...

Rats, we don't have "Ports-of-Entry" here in the United States ... tariffs and duties between the States is strictly illegal ... and being a citizen of one States makes us citizens of all States ... there's a few exceptions but nothing that would allow checking immigration status ...
