Mexico has some fault in this. Such a rich area and poverty is too high which produces a fertile climate for drug cartels. At some point, things should improve markedly. And it does not. So, we have people in our own nation, using the sympathy, compassion card to destroy it for their own power. The cauldron is boiling in the Western Hemisphere.
