There's No Such Thing as a Right Not to Be Called a Nazi... ACLU

Go for it but be man enough to say it to a black man's face.

If that makes you feel better....................
That is the issue. Most Progs rely on the real brown shirts to make them feel better as per violence. African Americans with true gripes I get. And always will. It is the false gripes that gets attention though that is given the same attention. And of course, the Prog people who stirs the shit who will never get involved in the violence you promote. So would Jasmine Crockett wear the ten-dollar clothing and reduce her make up and expenses for vanity and other ways of opulence for the people she says she represents to improve their living conditions. This is true socialism/communism ways. All are purely equal. All are purely equal. All are purely equal. And we do not see it. And failure is guaranteed.

Time for the taboo N word to make a return
Nazi and Hitler did far more damage than that one Word ever did.
One difference. I do believe thats being adjudicated as a "fighting word,"

Fighting words are words meant to incite violence such that they may not be protected free speech under the First Amendment . The U.S. Supreme Court first defined them in Chaplinsky v New Hampshire (1942) as words which "by their very utterance, inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace.

yeah----like that stuff being screamed on the college campuses. The issue is not hard----if it actually does incite
violence or vandalism or havoc-----the WORDS should be
banned

I'm not so sure about that. If Musk can show that the defendant specifically caused him harm by using his public platform to defame Musk, then I could see a lawsuit. The problem would be demonstrating that this defendant was the one out of thousands of others who have called Musk a 'Nazi', that caused his loss of business. It was on CNN, so their platform obviously reaches many more people than you and I.
Also Musk is a "Public Figure" making pursuit of claims especially difficult.

Banned from campus BY the campus, sure. Banned by the government, I am going with No on that.

A reminder, if Nazi is a fighting word or actionable, so is Communist (or if we were absolutely correct - Stalinist, or Maoist).

Any word can be “fighting words” depending on the context they are used and where they are used

words that incite violence and vandalism ANYWHERE---whether in the neighborhood, the shopping mall or the
campus are ALL in my list. To be more ACCURATE---I would
indict SPEECHES and even INVECTIVE---not individual WORDS

Thats because you don't respect the First Amendment.

There was no lynch mobs at town hall meetings except by the TP in 2009 and 2010.
