That is the issue. Most Progs rely on the real brown shirts to make them feel better as per violence. African Americans with true gripes I get. And always will. I'm not so sure about that. If Musk can show that the defendant specifically caused him harm by using his public platform to defame Musk, then I could see a lawsuit. The problem would be demonstrating that this defendant was the one out of thousands of others who have called Musk a 'Nazi', that caused his loss of business. It was on CNN, so their platform obviously reaches many more people than you and I.

Also Musk is a "Public Figure" making pursuit of claims especially difficult.
