That is what most life will be
Because simple life forms are the easiest and complex life forms less likelyHow do you know?
Maybe it should be life “as we know it”.
Perhaps there is life, but not as we know it.![]()
Have they? They’ve discovered plankton on some distant planet.![]()
Indeed. Look at earth. Look at MAGA.Because simple life forms are the easiest and complex life forms less likely
Intelligent life is very rare

No. They have (¿maybe?) discovered two similar substances which are here on our planet produced from proto-plankton. They discovered this substances (=DMS, DMDS="smell of the sea") on planet K2-18b. This planet has 7-10 times the mass of the Earth and 2.4 times the radius of the Earth. It is a super-Earth or a mini-Neptun (a rocky planet or gas planet). It is in the habitable zone of the very little sun K2-18. And this is a "problem". As far as I know are little suns relativelly instable and the habitable zone is very near to the sun. Result: from time to time sterilize sun eruptions a planet in the habitable zone of such a little sun. And the second problem: They found no water signature.
How fascinating.

Nice anti-information and anti-Harvardian humor. I guess life ist not easy for supersientists like you on your isolated planet TSTE ("Trumps states of Trump's Erika")
Ever heard the old Trumperican folk song ""On Greenland at storm and wind."? No? Here it is:
