I can say from experience as a Canadian that America has never come even remotely close to socialism. Wow! I read this classical treatise on the mechanisms for manipulating crowds open-mouthed! All I could think was what an excellent student Donald Trump is of LeBon. Either he read this book or the book of someone else majorly influenced by LeBon. Sure enough, it turns out that both Hirler and Mussolini were avid students of LeBon‘s work.
