There is no substantial voter fraud... This has been proven time and again.

Only if…

1. One believes 1,620 individuals found guilty in a court of law “isn’t substantial”

2. One (is stupid enough to) believe that 100% of people who engage in voter fraud are caught

3. One (is stupid enough to) believe that 100% of those that are actually caught are also prosecuted and convicted

But for one to believe all 3 of those scenarios are true, they would have to be a very special kind of stupid, huh?
