I would change the OP to The Free World is in need of a leader.

Trump is not a leader; he is a dull-witted instigator and narcissist with no ideological core.

The free world is rudderless today and for the foreseeable future.

The concept foundation of the "Free World" is that each can and should be their own "Leader".

Since many have defaulted to "need" of a leader, we (the World) are back to where we were in 1933, 'Sieg Adolf'.

The "free world" "is rudderless" because too many fail to grab hold of the rudder and direct their own course.

How far of a "foreseeable future" depends upon when the other part of the "free world" separate from the USA, grows a pair and finally takes charge of their own destiny.

The "world" has bitched for decades about the USA dictating their future course/agenda, now that the USA isn't doing such, they ***** about being left leaderless.

How many of you "not so bright bulbs" see the logic fallacy here ???

Either the "rest of the Free World is able to guide it's self or it needs a strong (dictatorial) nation/leader top tell it what to do.

Please clarify which direction and stance you really support.

2) Lead By Example - Never expect from others what you yourself won't do. Show the way by what you do and expect(hope) others to follow. They may, or may not, but you still plow on ...

3) You can't(shouldn't) force others to follow.
If the cause is Just, and your example righteous, many will join and follow.

4) Remain true to your Principles/Standards despite opposition.

5) Don't Change/Modify your Principles, Goals, Standards to entice/absorb others or add alternate followers.

True followers are there because of the value of your standards and goals, as appeal to them.

Remain steadfast and work with what you acquire from such.
Others may come and join later based upon your success and examples.
