You just saw a clip of a pair of USA made tanks (AFVs = Armored Fighting Vehicles) from the World War Two era. Both are M4 - Sherman types and this type went through many variations and improvements during the years of the 1940s to 1950s it was in production.

It needs to be noted that during World War Two (WWII) Shermans we given to manyh USA allies such as the UK, USSR, Free French, and others. Also with so many produced and in supply globally at war's end, several other nations would have M4-Shermans in there militaries.
One of many main points here is that "squeaky" track noise is common to all types of tanks/AFVs for over a century since first invented and used in World War One. Persons knowledgeable in mechanics, physics, and technology would know and understand such. Those ignorant and/or stupid in such regards, like the OP author here, would be clueless and not know what they are speaking about, nor how stupid and ignorant they have appeared.
Almost all tanks/AFVs have this noise issue, which is clear to see and know if anyone has ever been near a bulldozer clearing land for building development, or road making, etc. Tracked vehicles like bulldozers being the basis for the combat vehicle known as "tanks" ~ AFVs.
