Then they base the hiring decision on two whole interviews. Now, you'd never get married after two dates, but we take jobs based on two interviews.

And here's the thing. In my career, I can maybe identify two people who got promotions/hires ahead of me due to "Affirmative Action".

I have worked with far more unqualified idiots who were related to the boss, ******* the boss, or drinking buddies with the boss.

According to Joe's own words they do get privileges based on skin color in order to battle the scourage of "WHITE SUPREMACY" where the two might be competing for a janitors job at the local high-school. Yep, even white supremacist need work in the janitor profession as well. 😆

DEI is just a cover for racist acting out against white skin color in an attempt to get an over all edge on white folks by way of the numbers. They think white folks don't compete for menial jobs, and if they do then they are dumb ace leftist liberals that pose no threat to them (and their goals) of dragging the white folks they hate out of their perceived ivory towers using this DEI.

Let's say a position opens in the janitorial services sector, and it's in the local high-school. On the one hand you have a person that came from a long line of janitorial services in the New York area, and they were unionized.

On the other hand you have a person that has no experience in the field, but just wants a start in anything that represents a job.

The experienced guy is white and the inexperienced guy is black.

If practicing DEI, then who does anyone think will end up with the job, especially if the hiring staff is made up of a majority black ????

Am I confused on what DEI is ?

In my career, I've gotten two jobs due to connections.

DEI is just a cover for racist acting out against white skin color in an attempt to get an over all edge on white folks by way of the numbers. If a white applicant is better suited on their application do I have to interview the minority?

If you are only going by applications, then you are doing it wrong.

Probably if the white guy has a nicer resume, it was because he was able to pay a resume service to polish it up for him.

But since they insist, here is DEI and CRT in a nutshell. They are based upon the supposition that white people are inherently born racist because of the color of their skin. Period. Now, that isn't racist, right?

Yet when a black person, or a woman or one of their 'favorites' has a different opinion, then they are attacked as well, with statements like, 'You're black, you should think like this'.

Why? Because they wouldn't listen to their white saviors. So eugenics is alive and well still in the Democrat party.

we do say that our white dominated culture is racist by design, some of it we dont even notice because we've come to accept it as normal.

Yet when a black person, or a woman or one of their 'favorites' has a different opinion, then they are attacked as well, with statements like, 'You're black, you should think like this'.

Except no one has said that, either. What we do find, though, is that when you have a black person like Candace Owens out there dunking on her own due to some kind of self-loathing, there's usually some nuttiness behind that.
