The whole story about the death of Pretti

What kind of NURSE brings a loaded handgun and extra magazines to a federal crime investigation scene?

The criminal Ecuadoran whom ICE was actually there to arrest is safe and sound. Pretti died to save him.

Unfortunately, that's the "best" thing we can say about the guy. I sure as hell hope they do a drug test on his corpse. His actions, demeanor, and erratic lifestyle fits the description of a crack head. PCP users are know for thinking they're invincible.

Your screed is a pathetically disgusting attempt to justify the taking of a life

Shame on you you big a-hole
Pretti should not have justified strapping on a gun and threatening federal officers to save an illegal-alien child rapist who they were arresting. It was a stupid, ignorant move and he paid with his life. You probably don' realize how dumb and stupid you are because TDS has warped your reality, which really makes you the 'big-a-hole.'

Why was the woman pepper sprayed? Because she was attempting to interfere with law enforcement, which is a crime, and Pretti committed a crime when he interfered in the confrontation between the woman and law enforcement that was a crime, and when he resisted arrest, that was another crime. We don't know what he did to cause the officers to shoot him.

Technically, he was committing a crime bringing a gun into a police scene. Being an obnoxious snot is one thing, being an obnoxious snot with a GUN is quite another.

Yeah, he probably had access to the good drugs too, being a nurse an all.

no t a crime

nope

the rest of your screed is a pathetically disgusting attempt to justify the taking of a life

You are just running away from the facts. Clearly the man arrived on the scene armed and with criminal intent. At his first opportunity he interfered with an ICE officer dealing with another person, a crime, and violently resisted arrest, another crime.

Read post 18, jackass.

  Did you take acting or writing lessons?

Lessons learned: these people are getting exactly what they came there for. No matter what ICE say or do, these assholes just keep escalating matters getting worse and worse until something finally happens. Congrats, Turdbrain, you are 3 fer 3.

Lemme get you a candy cigar.

So, once again Mr. Nonsense Deflector, who was border control arresting that you keep claiming Alex was interfering with?? Who??

He was intimidating the officer,
Soon as Pretti showed up packing heat, that now became the officer's new primary concern.

He shoved the officer's arm. That's physical assault, a felony
Just poking someone with your finger can be deemed assault. Had he lived, depending on the prosecutor, Pretti could be charged with obstruction of justice and assault of a federal employee with a deadly weapon. Truth.

The bottom line is that he was an armed criminal who was resisting a lawful arrest. That's just cause to use deadly force.
I wasn't there to see just what happened, but had he NOT been shot under those circumstances struggling, fighting with officers in the middle of the street armed with a gun as 200 people stood around screaming and making noise, it would have been a miracle.

It only takes a split second to pull a holstered gun and shoot somebody.

Once again: Those police are not there to gamble their lives on a presumption of your good will, especially while you are showing a complete LACK of any good will.

Pretti not only refused to stay out of the way, he injected himself into the situation and was seen putting his hands on a Federal agent which is a felony with a fine and up to 8 years in jail.

Someone should take those rape whistles and shove them down their throats and haul them off to jail. IMO

Pretti was strapping, did not tell the officers and resisted attempts to arrest him, it's all on him.

Someone mentioned that Pretti was reaching for his cell phone as a way to excuse him from guilt however, once the officers took his gun, he reached in his pocket. How were the officers to know it wasn't another gun? Perps often carry more than one.

I don't care if Pretti was an ICU nurse or the illegitimate son of Mother Theresa. He acted like a lawless goon and paid for it.
Huh? Who was under arrest? Why was Pretti under arrest?

Huh? Who was under arrest? Why was Pretti under arrest?
Pretti was being detained for interfering with a lawful arrest of an illegal-alien child rapist. Instead of complying, he fought the officers (It took several to subdue him) and also he neglected to inform the officers that he was armed. 'Huh' Hell, pay attention.

He attempted to interfere in a confrontation between an officer and a woman he had just pepper sprayed, and when ordered to back off, didn't, a crime, and when the officers tried to arrest him, he violently resisted, another crime.

Thanks, it seems to be getting futile giving facts to these TDS, mentally ill loons. They see only what they are told to see and regurgitate far left talking points. They are like little Marxist wannabe robots.

15th post
He's a lib and was executed by the masked Proud Boys.

One less lib. That's the point.

I wonder how they're destroying Epstein files -- burning them or just using garbage bags?
The lib virtually offed himself. I hope many more like him do the same.

And technically, when Pretti put his hand up to block the pepper spray, even that constituted obstructing an officer too.

Where were these 200 people in closeness to these agents and Alex Pretti? There were not 200 people around....? I agree the whistle being blown was annoying, but a Court just ruled that the whistles, the following ice, the recording of ice with cell phones was ALL LEGAL TO DO by protesters or anyone....it was first amendment, protected right...and ice must not use teargas, or rubber bullets or any force or thing to stop them.
