Everybody saw the facts. They disarmed a man of a legally carried firearm, never drawn or reached for, on camera, and then shot him multiple times, until he was dead. They fkd up or did it on purpose. Those are about the only choices.

How did he prove to the cops there he had a legal permit to carry? Minnesota is very strict on who gets to walk around carrying firearms. Would cops presume he had a legal permit? Why aren't posters questioning that law, the law saying one must have a permit? Is it constitutional to force citizens to get permits?

ICE has about 22,000 (up 10,000 since a year ago. The are assisted with 21,800 Customs and Border patrol.
Problem is, the actually started the brutal high profile stuff, Trump talks up, within the last year, so they are just getting started with the cleansing.

But, now, they appear to be coming for ordinary American Citizens, in these cities in a lawless, reckless, storm trooper manner, disregarding basic decency, more empowered by what they can get away with under cover of a regime that covers all of it's ass, when it can, down to the ones that actually do the killing. Again, presenting no evidence to contradict what is shown from multiple angles on video, and indeed confiscating evidence without release, attempting to keep any investigation in house. So, yes, I am speaking out, at least on this message board, as what they are doing, the way they are going about it, and how this administration has promoted and and yes, instigated selectively in only Democrat cities is not right.

When they get around to coming for honorably retired Army/Army National Guard Officers in Tennessee, loyal Americans, quietly living their lives, who will speak for me? Probably nobody, so I will at least say what I think, now. Statements of my family would carry no more weight, than that statement from Petti's family, changing no minds of those that support the methods and tactics of this administration.

As I have factually posted with links, he was not legally carrying a firearm. Under Minnesota Law he must also have his permit and a valid I.D. for concealed carry. He had neither.

The did not ask for one, and Minnesota does not have an obligation to inform, if not asked. Point is mute and definitely not a capital offense. You simply cannot kill somebody and search their pockets later, for some justification.

They never asked. He was dead before they got around to it. Presuming gets people dead. They are not supposed to presume everybody with a gun is some kind of criminal. Having one in your holster, definitely does not grant summary execution on the side of the street, and definitely not have you have been disarmed.
