the white privilege rhetoric is racist and anti-historical

One of the prime excuses used when libs defend excessive welfare spending is that more whites than blacks are on welfare

That refutes the lib lie about white privilage

Well, it's more than just that.

Yes, when it comes to poverty relief programs, more white people are on them because there are more white people.

But we spend far more on Middle Class Entitlements designed to keep White people out of poverty than we do on making poverty slightly more tolerable for poor people of color.

This is true. I find that leftists are so out-of-touch and arrogant that they think having children share a bedroom with a sibling, having a window air-conditioner instead of AC, or having to walk to the bus stop in the rain to get to work is a “hard life.”

Well, it is if every kid gets their own bedroom, has central AC, and gets to drive to work or school.

We have massive splits in wealth in this country.

Not to worry, though, we'll all be working poor once Republicans replace all our jobs with AI and robots.

No. What the Democrats can’t wrap their head around is that you don’t have to be a “top earner” to have a decent life. A decent life is a roof over one’s head, groceries in the fridge, a public transportation system to allow you to get around, kids doing well in school, and enough for dinner out at Olive Garden or Applebees a couple times a week.

That is a decent life, and one that is better than most of the world.

yet we have large swaths of Americans of color who can't even meet that low standard.

"You should be happy you aren't living in the third world" is not much of a standard

MEANWHILE, Elon Musk is about to become the first Trillionaire based largely on lucrative government contracts after buying the Presidency for Trump.

But, no Lisa, our system isn't broken.

Many blacks qualify for the middle class and all the perks that ho with it

Its not white skin but instead white values that mostly leads to success

That and reverse discrimination, aka DEI

I don't think that's true. But I do think D's better appreciate the damage enormous wealth disparities and the conditions that allow them creates.
And I think Rs better understand that when you simply give money to people who keep having children out of wedlock and have never had an actual job creates a generational dependency on government charity programs and discourages self-sufficiency and making a contribution to society.

Balderdash. It isn't a theory. It's the name given to the observable reality of being a white person living in a country dominated culturally, historically, economically, and politically by white people.
The Democrats hate White people, don't they.

Actually, most blacks ARE middle and working class - as are most whites. It’s just the black underclass that is creating the problems and then blaming racism for their own poor choices.

That makes perfect sense. Whites are the majority.

Similarly, there would be Muslim privilege in Islamic countries, Black privilege in African countries, Asian privilege in Asian countries.

if people want the privilege of living where they are the majority, they are free to move there.

Yes, many blacks have made it to the Middle Class and get the 'privilege' of being pulled over by the cops for a DWB.

So when are you going to stop whining about "Anti-Semitism" and move to the Zionist Entity?

The melanin content of your skin matters more than the content of your character.

Fact.

Was it MLK who said that?

"There is no White Privilege," says a man who benefited from white privilege all his life.
and this from a person who uses his white privilege to stir racial animosity then hide behind minorities when it turns ugly and then criticize white privilege as though it is someone else who enjoys his privilege.

Isn't it interesting how ten years ago MLK was a god and now they spit on his memory because he talked down skin color and talked up character?

I remember the middle-class black enclaves in town back in the 60s.....Modest well kept homes, they all worked.

I look at the same areas now and what is left of them are dumps or they have been sold-off and replaced by large homes whites now live in.

I think when folks "stayed in their own lanes" everyone was better off.

Well, here's the thing. My family came over from Germany in 1925.

No, we didn't own slaves. But we most certainly benefited from white privilege for five generations.
and you and your family are the ones who owe reparations as your confession makes clear... that being the case you are in no position to demand others pay your families debt(s) to society.

I had lunch with an older black gentleman several years ago on MLK Day, a guy I worked with. And we were talking about his upbringing in a segregated society. I apologized to him for having to endure that but he shocked me with his remark:
"You know, in many ways it wasn't all that bad. We had our own barbershops, funeral homes, grocery stores, a very tidy society with mutual respect. We all went to church, looked out for each other and everybody got along pretty well."
Compare that to what we have now and I can see where he was coming from.
Of course, I'm not suggesting we be segregated again but I am suggesting black culture has gone off the rails.
Some progress, huh?

I don’t think it’s a matter of “stay in their own lanes.”

I think what happened is that in the 1960s, when I too was a child and lived among/went to school with blacks, they were intact black families where the Dad worked a job (some had small businesses) and Mom stayed home with the kids.

And then….the Dems started rewarding blacks who have illegitimate children with welfare, and it all went to hell.

Yep, I had my hair cut by a black barber the next street over up till I was a teen and long hair was the norm.

His shop was out back in a shed behind his home, totally off the books....He sold moonshine too. ;)

His son was a friend, sadly when he was studying for the ministry down south he got run over by a train.
