The video I just saw from the trial of the Floyd incident with the audio of the crowd around looked pretty bad

That poor man was held for 9 minutes unable to move. Sure he had his issues. So did I when I was younger. It doesn't mean I should have had my claustrophobia tested. Based on what saw? That cop was one of the bad cops.

You broke into a pregnant woman's house, held her at gunpoint and threatened to kill her unborn child? Yea, you DID have some serious issues.
She deserved it. After all, she ate my last yankee doodle. Who wouldn't have done the same?

Testimonies from children and teenage witnesses are destroying any hope for the defense.

Do you have something showing the resistance? Because I didn’t see anything particularly aggregious in that video.

Egregious.

Regardless, the question isn't whether Floyd resisted, it's whether the restraint was the cause of death. The medical examiner has already reported that drug overdose is the cause of death.

The LEGAL question isn't whether Chauvin did wrong, but whether his actions caused the death of Floyd.

Since factually they did not, then the prosecution will rely on emotion and outrage of the abuse of power by Chauvin, while the defense will try and used the facts.

Dick Chauvin hated George Floyd from when they were bouncers at the same club. George worked inside while Derek was assigned to monitor the parking lot. Their shifts were different but overlapped some. Chauvin murdered Floyd on purpose.

Who is Dick Chauvin and what does he have to do with this?

The fake news you're spewing has been long since debunked by the leftist sites.

All.of us who watch real media instead of RWNJ infotainment junk have.

"Real" media?

Oh, you mean the hate sites?

Like DailyKOS, CNN, Alternet, Young Turks, NY Times?

:lmao:

Not many facts, but some REAL hate and bigotry from the Baghdad Bob's of the Reich propaganda corps.
The ones that tell the news, not propaganda. The real media. Abc cbs nbc cnn bbc npr and so on. The ones that have shown all the videos of the george floyd murder, not just the one that supports the narrative, as the OP noticed.

Hearsay gossip. No bearing on the case at all.

Most likely they will get the medical examiner up there to explain. If it were just a drug overdose that killed Floyd, that's what the report would have said. It's not like they don't see OD's everyday.

They DID report it. The ME did - not the Reich press.

What Derick Chauvin did was horrible, and criminal. It was not however, the cause of death.

The is a "facts vs. emotion" case.
From your linked article that you did not read....

In another new document, Baker said, "That is a fatal level of fentanyl under normal circumstances."

But then Baker added, "I am not saying this killed him."

The hate sites who gaslight America with Reich propaganda.

There is a reason no one trusts the Reich propaganda corps - it's because they are known fucking liars.

{
STORY HIGHLIGHTS
  • 9% in U.S. trust mass media "a great deal" and 31% "a fair amount"
  • 27% have "not very much" trust and 33% "none at all"
  • The percentage with no trust at all is a record high, up five points since 2019

In English, "fatal" means "causes death."

What does it mean in your native Nazi?

What do you think killed him?

And will that even be covered in court? That goes to motive.

I don't have a TEE VEE, I am not watching the trial. . . but if this does not come up. . . ask yourselves a question. . . why? :dunno:

I didn't read every post in this thread. I saw a handful that were comment-worthy, and then it got repetitive. No offense intended.:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

people take out their phones to record a dog shitting,, so this is nothing new,,

Kinda irrelevant, imo.
Those videos taken by the bystanders informed us and law enforcement of an additional perspective on what went down. Whether they will be determinative with the jury....time will tell.

But on a broader view the ubiquity of cell cams, security cams, officer body cams, all augur well for society's expectations of enforcement, plus offer some protection to the officers from unwarranted allegations. Not so much for dog's pooping. IMO

"That won't be enough to satisfy the nyggaz and they'll burn Minneapolis down."
And that alone offers all of us a perspective on the quality and tenor of contributions that poster "BS Filter" is capable of offering us on this venue. The hand-inside-the-puppet may not be a bigot and racist.
But his avatar talks like one. IMO
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

trying to rip off local businesses with fake bread.
What I've read to date....tho admittedly I haven't chickenhawked the trial or details....but what I've read is that there hasn't been offered evidence that Floyd even knew the $20 he used was counterfeit.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I do not believe it was premeditated or done purposely to achieve the eventual outcome.

I will agree with poster 'Orangecat'.
IMO, it was callousness on Chauvin's part more than an intent to kill.
But he clearly was in the wrong and needs pay for his actions.
Choices always have consequences.
