The video I just saw from the trial of the Floyd incident with the audio of the crowd around looked pretty bad

Unless Floyd told the police he was hopped up on fentanyl and other drugs, not seeing how the cops could be held responsible for his death. I'll chalk it up to suicide by cop until proven otherwise.

Most likely they will get the medical examiner up there to explain. If it were just a drug overdose that killed Floyd, that's what the report would have said. It's not like they don't see OD's everyday.

They DID report it. The ME did - not the Reich press.

What Derick Chauvin did was horrible, and criminal. It was not however, the cause of death.

What does, " I'm not saying this killed him." mean in your native Nazi?
it means hes not saying it and waiting on testifying in court,,,

what he does say is its a fatal level under normal circumstances,, and since floyde was unhealthy and a known addict it is most likely a fatal level,,

What the medical examiner said killed him...

Dr. Stephen Nelson, chairman of Florida's medical examiners commission, who is not affiliated with the case, reviewed the new files and says that doesn't mean the drugs or health condition is what caused Floyd's death.

"We've all had cases where those kinds of of levels come into play. You've got to look at the whole picture," Nelson said. "It's one thing to die *with* something. It's another thing to die *from* something."

The documents say Baker performed the autopsy before watching the videos of police restraining Floyd, with Officer Derek Chauvin's knee on Floyd's neck, because Baker wanted to avoid bias in his autopsy.

In Baker's final report after watching the videos, he ruled Floyd's death a homicide caused by "law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression
."

The FBI asked the Armed Forces Medical Examiner to review Baker's autopsy and they agreed with his findings, writing "his death was caused by the police subdual and restraint" with cardiovascular disease and drug intoxication contributing.

I'm not a democrat, I don't speak the language of your Reich.

Fatal levels of opioids.
Occipital bone not damaged.
No damage to vertebrae

Derek Chauvin belongs in prison.

But the question is if he murdered George Floyd, and he simply did not.

So someone unaffiliated who will give the answer the Reich wants....

How is what you're doing different than what Chauvin did to Floyd?

Hint: It isn't.

The crowd was pleading with police to let Floyd up....Floyd was obvously unconscious and unresponsive and the cop kept his knee on his neck.

The crowd is begging to check his pulse. I never saw this before. I thought the cop couldnt tell.

Fuck man....I dunno.

Has anyone seen that specific video before? With the crowd pleading with police? I had not.
It’s going come down to the time factor. Reportedly, that foot to neck technique is one used when a criminal is resisting, however, after four minutes.....five minutes ....six minutes, nope. Hard to buy it was necessary force from viewing the tape. As many have pointed out with witnesses viewing the same thing who were not related and didn’t know the perp will also weigh in big time.
Oh stop with the stupid.

Knee to neck did not kill our druggy floyd. Whether there was a knee or not---floyd was going to die from his drug abuse.

Oh stop with the stupid.

Knee to neck did not kill our druggy floyd. Whether there was a knee or not---floyd was going to die from his drug abuse.

I can see an argument for negligent homicide.

Had Chauvin stopped and rushed Floyd to the hospital, the staff may have saved him with Naloxone. In that way it could be argued that Chauvin was negligent and contributed to Floyd's death. Once in custody, Floyd was his responsibility.

Nope, it says because of the lengthy knee press, Floyd died....the drugs and heart problems contributed, but were not the cause.

That is simply false.
{

Signed by Dr. Andrew M. Baker, it says Floyd had tested positive for the novel coronavirus on April 3. A post-mortem nasal swab confirmed that diagnosis. The report notes that because a positive result for coronavirus can persist for weeks after the disease has resolved, "the result most likely reflects asymptomatic but persistent ... positivity from previous infection."

In addition to fentanyl and methamphetamine, the toxicology report from the autopsy showed that Floyd also had cannabinoids in his system when he died.

Floyd also had heart disease, hypertension and sickle cell trait — a mostly asymptomatic form of the more serious sickle cell disease, an inherited blood disorder that primarily affects African Americans.

Not lying, I'm using Uncensored's article linked.... It states specifically, this was what was given as the cause of death, in the final medical examiner's report. Period.

9 minutes face down on the ground with a knee on his neck is indefensible. According to testimony, an EMT tried to check Floyd's pulse and render aid but was ordered to get back.

At the very least Chauvin should go to prison for involuntary manslaughter.
emt? Ummm no......SHE was a supposed firefighter---not emt. She testified that she could have given chest compressions which btw would have done nothing----

She's a black activist who saw a black guy on the ground......She didn't care that he was a violent criminal nor does she care to address that he was overdosing on drugs. and she certainly doesn't want to mention that this violent habitual out of control criminal was 6 foot 7 inches..........and that allowing him up would have certainly put other peoples lives in danger.
