The US is on an "unsustainable" fiscal track, so how do we fix it? (Poll)

Do you support phasing the "social safety net programs" back to the states to save the US dollar?

Doesn't look right. Trump is proposing massive increase in defense spending. This suggests a reduction.
link? I know Trump opposes the "millionaires tax", but didn't see any new defense spending proposal. I know he proposed an anti-missile defense system, but I'm not sure we have something space-based that can stop an Oreshnik.

He promised to spend a cool Trillion next year. There is a thousand links. Here is one.

actually, they don’t
Yes, actually they do...

Here is how we fix it simply and the impact the deficit.

CUT Defense spending in half -$400B
RAISE taxes on the wealthy -$400B
SINGLE PAYER health care -$500B

I just wiped out the entire deficit with 3 things.

First, don't spend billions to send away people who contribute 100 billion dollars in taxes for programs they don't gett to use. Second, end racism, which costs this country nearly 1.5 trillion dollars per year. Since 1990 alone, we have lost 51 trillion dollars because of racism. That's 1.45 trillion dollars this nation loses every year. There is no telling how much money we have lost due to racism since this notion started. Then add up a similar amount due to sexism/misogyny. You want to do something about the debt? You want a sustainable fiscal future? End these two things.
Where the fuck are you getting these numbers ? I'm guessing they were pulled directly from your 4th point of contact or some other race hustling lying piece of shit.

Here are some real numbers for you with references.

Trump also promised an 8% cut in defense spending, WTF?

Maybe the democrats shamed Trump into spending more on defense??

Why do we always talk about Social Security, and never about Government Pensions?

Only use far left extreme sites.
Immigrants are a huge net gain in economic value. We definitely need immigrants or we will implode economically. That doesnt mean it has to be unorganized immigration. We just need a pathway for workers to easily enter with protections and rights. Its a no brainer that congress has failed on.

That is EXACTLY what I'm trying to avoid, and the Freedom Caucus is the last chance we have.
If they can't close the deficit we're toast.

The Freedom Caucus is a small splinter group with little or no power to advance anything,

While right on the issues - they are too small in number to be a factor.

California is now the fourth largest economy in the world, ahead of Japan. How is Mississippi and Alabama doing?

They also -
Have State and Local Government debt at around $1.6 Trillion. (about $125,000 per household)

They Have a budget deficit of about $58 Billion 24/25

There is a $1.7T budget deficit.
single payer healthcare is EXPENSIVE, it is NOT a cost-saving option.

A better solution:
Split costs for Welfare with the states and limit welfare to a 2-yr lifetime limit , saves $600b
Split costs for Medicaid with states save $400b
Collect all taxes owed, save $400b
Eliminate the "Capital Gains" loophole save $100b
Raise cap on SS, saves SS
Pass a Balanced Budget Law (an Amendment is tougher)
Add a new 0.4% Transaction Tax on all financial transactions, saves $300b

Over time with the DOGE savings the Budget should get to a surplus and start paying down the $36T DEBT

Nothing happens without them. They have a functioning majority.
