A trial has certain rules, designed to give the accused every benefit of the doubt. On the other hand, Congress doesn't have to abide by those same rules since there are plenty of things that are demonstrably bad for society as a whole, a society they are sworn to defend that isn't strictly speaking illegal.

It's a concept you undoubtedly understand when you endorse the 9th investigation into Benghazi or whether or not Biden fucked up Afghanistan. Any due process consideration will fall to the wayside when it's your guys doing the investigating.

So I suggest you sit quietly in a corner and take your well-deserved medicine, and not come out with these bad-faith arguments.

They are also in the process of stripping us of the Second Amendment and right to bear arms and have already stripped us of our First Amendment, such as the right to assemble during Covid.

We have gone full circle back into tyranny. This witch hunt jury is unprecedented in Congress and the country, and akin to similar trials, if you can call them that, in the former USSR.
