and if I remember correctly, which we know you're incapable of doing, it was the house majority that shut donw the government ... or did you miss that one ... and if I remember correctly it was the house majority that brings the budget to the floor to pass a budget, not the president ... and if I remember correctly after its been sent to the house, then senate, then the house and it passes, then obama gets to say whether it is open or not... you seem to have missed a few steps didn't ya...
