The Seditionists' Indictment You Can Read For Yourselves

By "carried them out" you mean chatted on a message board..
No I mean like attacking the Capitol.

They did so in at LEAST the two "stack formations"...one of which was searching for Nancy Pelosi

Of course he is, that is what the Democrat controlled Dept of "Justice" (LOL) is all about. Going after political opponents.
Hmmmm…seems to me much of Trump’s first term was doing exactly that.

Newsflash idiot. Mueller was working for TRUMP'S DOJ and HE found that Russia helped get Trump elected
Obama's DOJ was perpetrating the fraud, asshole.

The claim that Russia helped Trump is an Obama DOJ perpetrated hoax. Even if they tried, their "help" had no effect. $100,000 on internet trolling is insignificant in the face of Hillary's $1.5 billion in campaign spending.

  • Two night-vision devices and a weapon sight, costing approximately $7,000 on December 30. Investigators say he shipped them to an individual in Virginia “near Washington D.C.” The package arrived on January 4.
  • $5,000 worth of firearms and related equipment on January 1 and 2 that included a “shotgun, scope, magazines, sights, optics, a bipod, a mount, a case of ammunition, and gun-cleaning supplies.”
  • While en route from Texas to Washington, D.C. on January 3, Rhodes spent approximately $6,000 on “an AR-platform rifle and firearms equipment, including sights, mount, triggers, slings, and additional firearms attachments.” The next day, while still en route, he spent another $4,500 on similar purchases.

How is any of this sufficient enough to launch a coordinated overthrow of our government?

Point 1: Two night vision devices. Not even enough for the whole group of oath keepers.

Point 2: You can spend $5000 on a singular shotgun and related equipment. One shotgun with all the bells and whistles does not an insurrection make.

Point 3: With no proof that he brought any of those things he purchased with him to the capitol.

Case closed. You have no case, nor does the DOJ.

Well counselor...tell your story in court.
