No one claimed they were politically motivated to help Obama.
The claim is the rulings suck and shred the Constitution, which is true. One or two decent rulings, like the Raisin Board and this one, dont really amount to much more than tokenism.

As I recall many on the left claimed the Hobby Lobby and Citizens United decisions were partisan decisions made by a right wing court and many of you still gripe about Citizens United to this day.
