Tim Walz is inching toward his Fort Sumter moment

Strange how nobody ever thought Minnesota was such a hotbed of illegal aliens before your blob sent in the shock troops.

That being said, at some point the Guard is going to have to be on the streets enforcing martial law. There aren’t enough ICE commandos and you’re going to start seeing manpower shortages in ICE as they realize what they’re sigining up for.

Tim Walz is inching toward his Fort Sumter moment

The seemingly deranged governor of Minnesota has effectively declared war on the federal government.
16 Jan 2026 ~~ By Andrea Widburg

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. – 18 U.S.C. § 2383

While federal law is clear that insurrection and rebellion are very bad crimes, indeed, both Congress and the Supreme Court have steered clear of specifically defining it. Like Justice Potter Stewart’s comment on obscenity, the general feeling seems to be, “I know it when I see it.”
Watching Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s overwrought description of ICE enforcement efforts in Minneapolis and his call for action—ostensibly “peaceful” but with full approval of the increasingly violent conduct currently waged against ICE agents...well, I see a burgeoning insurrection or rebellion movement. Walz clearly envisions himself as the commander of the Citadel cadets as they fired on Fort Sumter on April 12, 1861, sparking the bloodiest war in American history.
~Snip~
So, here’s the question for you. Listen to Tim Walz’s hysterical description of events in Minnesota, his attacks on the federal government, and his delicately phrased demands for citizen action. And, yes, I know he uses the word “peaceful,” he the remainder of his statement clearly means he expects his supporters to continue the sustained assaults on ICE we’ve seen for the past weeks, action that he enthusiastically praises). Now, take into consideration his bully pulpit as governor of the state. So, what do you see? As for me, I think I know it when I see it:

Commentary:
If Tampon Tim had even a shred of smarts, he’d know that the federal troops have authority over the state National Guard troops…unless of course, he thinks the state of MN is a sovereign nation.
Anyway, I’m surprised that the MN state National Guard commander hasn’t brought this fact to the attention of Timmy.
Additionally, SCOTUS has ruled that immigration enforcement is the sole responsibility of the Federal gov't. We learned that with lawsuits in Texas and Arizona where Obama prevented us from protecting our borders.
Both Walz, Mayor Frey and other elected officials are clearly guilty of promoting violence preventing the Federal gov't from enforcing the nation’s laws. This kind of violence isn’t being promoted by the federal government, its being promoted by local governments against the federal government, and it’s only occurring in states and cities that created illegal sanctuary status.
How is that not insurrection?
It’s clear this can’t be tolerated, and at the very least Walz and Frey need to be arrested and prosecuted for incitement to violence, which is not protected under the First Amendment.
What's more is Somali corruption connection is stronger than we thought. This all-out diversionary tactic is proof. To which, I say, Great! I don’t care if he goes to prison for Somali-Gate or this seditious activity. Whichever accomplishes that goal is acceptable.
Moreover, by the words used by Walz, will force Trump to Federalize the Minnesota National Guard taking that away from him and using the MB Nat'l Guard as constabulary within the state...

Walz needs to be put on a no fly list.

I think he may try to flee back to China to avoid prosecution.

Brilliant in its simplicity. But most importantly, its bold truth. 👍

Silly Black Swine. They (MINN) let Illegals (Criminals, up to murder) out of jail to hide them from ICE. Therefore, we have to pay ICE double time to go round them up.

At the same time they keep Americans (criminals) locked up for lesser crimes.

You should stop posting If you ignore facts.//

Sounds like insurrection to me. Maybe Tampon Tim misses his chance in the limelight; after Kammy was elected, maybe she was supposed to step down putting him in charge! So this is a Hell Mary pass now hoping to utilize a lot of manufactured fake press against ICE to once again turn Trump into Enemy Number One, the gestapo, the devil incarnate, we must rally at all cost to stop this man---

And guess what? Your savior just happens to be Democrat Tampon Tim.

Small world, huh?

Never mind that ICE is simply responding to the crisis Joe and Kammy created while Nancy Pelosi told us for four years we simply could not afford to do anything about it.

Too bad, Doc. I'd rather he was moving towards his General Custer moment. :smoke:

Side note: Do you know that Custer actually had at his disposal 2-3 Gatling guns? Enough that could have wiped out any number of wild Indians, but he left them all home because he didn't foresee any need for them, didn't expect any particular uprising nor resistance from Indians he could not handle otherwise.

Oh, boy.
We got ourselves a real crackpot here, kids. :laugh2:

Uneducated and out of control youngsters plus an elderly bunch they failed to get rid of with the killer Remdesivir that all live in a strange world ruled by MSM Conspiracy guided by Deep State .

No wonder America never wins anything -- at least you had the allies in WW2 help you get to Berlin , though Patten got lost and got himself bumped off .

A Fake culture built on fifth rate values produces a fifth rate nation

Trump MUST Federalize the Minnesota National Guard because Tampon Tim is insane and not fit to give orders.
