1. Trump's attack on Syria did little damage. No Russian military were attacked as great pains were taken to ensure no Russian military assets would be attacked. Trump's withdrawal from Syria helped Russia and gave them a air base the US built.

2 and 3. Does not matter. Russia was not the target in either case.

4. The sanctions were initiated by Congress. It passed the House and Senate with veto-proof majorities. Trump was forced to sign it or be overridden.

7. Obama ended up placing sanctions on Russia despite the reset. Trump talked about better relations with Russia.

8. What did Trump do to enforce that? The bulk of the pipeline was built under Trump.

9. The US has continued to import foreign oil. The increased production started under Obama. Frackers are not increasing production despite the rise in oil prices. They are okay with the higher prices. Frackers have sold out America. Trump brokered a deal with OPEC+ , which includes Russia, to cut production to raise prices. That has helped Russia.

10. We have contacts in Russia just as Steele had. Putin does not control them.
