No, one group was protesting and RIOTING, LOOTING and BURNING because of what they SAW as unequal treatment by police. The other was protesting and trespassing because of what they SAW as an election that was influenced by illegal rules changes and conduct by the democratic party. The January sixth demonstrators and yes, in some cases, rioters wanted their voices heard, so they adopted the tactics that the liberals had been using fore an entire year.
Because one group was protesting what they as unequal treatment by police and the other group wanted to destroy our democracy?

Few of the rioters from the summer of 2020 had any federal crimes. Those that do are far harder to track down and therefore not able to be prosecuted.
The Jan 6th rioters did us all a service by documenting their illegal actions on their own social media and through messaging.

Infanticide presupposes you have a baby. When does a fetus become a infant? Conception? 6 weeks? 12 weeks? If you decide to answer, give scientific evidence. A woman has a right to have a say in what goes on in their body.

The fact is that these people are being held for their actions not their beliefs. There are no Democrat arsonists or terrorists. There were not thousands. who committed violent crimes. In addition right wing agitators may have played a role in promoting violence. In addition many police agencies were called out for mis-handling the peaceful protests. In one case, the police attacked peaceful protestors.
