Most photographers will advertise what kind of photography they do. Prostitutes are not a protected class. The photographer can also simply say he does not do nude shots. As long as he truly does not. Of anybody.

That Christian photographer will certainly serve homos, but not participate in immoral homo activities such as a gay "marriage". So by your reckoning, he should be free of discrimination charges, but according to our atheist laws, he isn't. How is that fair?

It needs to be less vague than "immoral". if he has as a policy, written or not, that he does not do nudes and/or sex acts, then he is free to refuse. If he does photograph nude couples, then he can't discriminate on what kind of couples. A business can't be forced to sell something they don't carry, but cannot discriminate on who they sell something they do carry.

I don't know if he would or not. It would depend on the local and state discrimination laws.
