He's going to convince his people on the right that they are part of a superior nation that deserves to be on top of society, and it's the government's job to ensure that they get to stay there, and he'll yell and scream and incite violence until he's put in charge. That's fascism, which is classic Hitler and Mussolini; right-wing autocrats.
They're all wannabe dictators, but they appeal to two different extremes, and use two different sets of tactics. It's the basic dynamic in US Political Science.
