The Results Are In: Coin-Flip Far More Accurate!!!

I’d prefer if you were concise and pointed on your responses. You refuse to be intellectually honest and debate what is driving the outcome. Why are African American students fairing so poorly? All you are doing is pointing out that they are fairing poorly. No shit. That’s not a revelation. Anyone can see that.

I think what you want to say in a cowardly fashion is that black people are inferior and can’t compete with superior white people and therefore their condition is earned in poverty. If that’s not what you are saying then be brave a state your position clearly because the overly linked and big font size responses that are passive aggressive and indirect is very taxing for the reader.

My argument is that black skin does not make you inferior in any way. However your conditions do prepare you for success or failure. Black skin kept your grand parents from using the GI bill to get a college education. Black skin victimized your parents via redlining keeping themfrom owning a home that builds wealth. There are a whole host of barriers that are not the fault of black children born into a cycle of poverty and failure today. What to do about?

You want to blame skin color. I want to provide more access to children in those situations to lift them out.

With respect to the education gap, how is it that 'racism' is responsible for these areas in which black students fall short when compared to white and Asian students:

The number of days absent from school

The number of hours spent watching TV

The number of pages read for homework

Quantity and quality of reading material in the home

The presence of two parents in the home.

How does 'racism' explain these ...deficiencies????

How are white folks responsible???

I gave you specific examples and showed you a book to read.

.....explain how anti-black racism accounts for this:

Reading ratio

The report states: “White adults spend 36 percent more time than black adults reading to young children, and three times more time talking with and listening to them. Other analyses find that black mothers are about two-thirds as likely as white mothers to read to toddlers daily.”

Later, the report offers this striking factoid: “By age 6, white children have typically spent 1,300 more hours engaged in conversations with adults than black children.”

White folks forcing black parents to avoid interacting with their own children???

Really?

Are you a moron?????

After noting that the number of books in a home is “a reliable indicator of home intellectual environment,” EPI offers this striking chart:

Books

Overall, white homes had 2.5 times as many books as black homes. But the most surprising finding is that the top quintile of black homes reported having fewer books (69) than the bottom quintile of white homes (71).

These differences in reading to and talking with children begin to add up even before kids get to school...

How do white people prevent black students from doing homework and going to school???????

How do white people prevent black parents from staying together, and from playing with and reading to their children??????????

How do white people prevent black families from buying books???????????????

How...you lying low life????

HOW????

....than the method Democrat voters use to choose a President.

1.When it comes to governing the (formerly) most powerful nation on earth and the (formerly) home of liberty, freedom…and prosperity, the choice for who will make the decisions is binary. Only two parties can win an election….represented by the Democrats, or the Republicans.

Ballots can include names like Liberal, Conservative, Socialist, Progressive, Libertarian, Working Families, whatever….but votes for them funnel into one of the two above. Your only two choices.

The picture (candidate) at the top of the two choices never matters: intelligent folks know that only the policies that the two parties bring to governance are the only thing that matter….hence Biden and disaster.

But don’t listen to promises… making one’s decision should mean looking at how the election of each of those parties has worked out in the past.

2. As the saying goes, “Past is Prologue,” meaning we can gauge the future accuracy of Democrat voters by how well they have done in the past.

Here’s a clue:

“Nothing Liberals relish more than searching for reasons for being morally indignant! This is because they can’t take the moral high ground on abortion, adultery, illegitimacy, the divorce rate, drugs, crime, a president molesting an intern and then lying to federal investigators.

They stake out a clear moral position only on the issue of slavery…of course, when it mattered, they were on the wrong side of that, too.”
Coulter

3. Now….if you went to government school, if you don’t read books, and have very little knowledge of history, use the technique you learned early on, described as “Fool me once, shame on you….fool me twice, shame on me!”

If you keep getting fooled….i.e., you’re a Democrat voter……well, stop voting or change parties.

4. Here’s another clue:

ECONOMY

“Inflation rises 7% over the past year, highest since 1982”
Inflation rises 7% over the past year, highest since 1982

A 7% tax on every single earlier in America…..Did you vote Democrat because of the empathy you feel for poor folks???

I have no problem with my vote for Biden. I am not hiding. Trump is the one attacking our democracy.

7% inflation is hardly a disaster considering we are still in a pandemic. I(f the unvaccinated were vaccinated maybe we could put this pandemic past us.

Thanks. That was easy to read.

Most of those are explained by two factors. Money and money. The correlation between income and academic success is high. However, there are studies that show conclusively that even when adjusting for income disparities, which again explains a great deal of the performance gap, there is still a meaningful performance gap.

Listen, if you look at the data you can only infer that either you believe a) African Americans are impacted by the environment leading to lower success outcomes, or b) you believe that everything is equally for people and your skin color affects how you make decisions and outcomes are a result of that inferiority. God help the world if people believe b.

Exactly: I destroyed your argument because there is no way white folks caused this:

The lack of income in families from centuries of racism and lack of access to wealth building opportunities has a high portion of African Americans in the vicious cycle of poverty, broken, families and crime. That high failure rate decades in the making reinforces the attitudes that you are displaying from observing failure that African Americans are inferior. Racism caused and racism reinforced. Even you can follow that.

So there is no connection you can find between white people and/or racism and the deleterius behaviors that I have shown:
a. lack of school performance
b. lack of interaction by parent or parents and their won children
c. the intellectual environment as indicated by the number of books in the home of the folks we are discussing.

In fact, your lies about racism and white people is due to the need to shield your party, the party of racism, slavery and second class citizenship.
If not for Democrat instigation, black Americans would be just as successful as every other group.

"It was the misfortune of black Americans that they were just on the verge of passing through the immigrant experience when damaging ideas about welfare and the lenient attitude about crime took hold. It could have happened to the Italians, Germans, Jews or Irish, but luckily for them, there were no Liberals around to “help” when they arrived."
Coulter

"The lack of income in families from centuries of racism..."

The sort of lies you have been trained to parrot.

  1. In fact, black Americans were doing better in individual pursuits than many immigrants. Barone compared their American journey to the Irish: “Both rise smartly in hierarchies (government bureaucracies, the military) but haven't fared as well in free-market commerce.” http://www.usnews.com/usnews/news/articles/941114/archive_013670.htm
    1. “Like members of outsider groups before and since, this African-American elite considered education to be the key to full citizenship. They also embraced values of character and responsibility….Gains in terms of entrepreneurship, finding a trade, finding a profession, setting down roots, buying property, and feeling they were at last becoming a genuine part of city life. They would refer to ‘color-phobia’ as ‘fast disappearing in our city.’…Peterson's great grandfather owned a pharmacy in a largely Irish neighborhood. ” "Black Gotham," by University of Maryland Professor Carla Peterson.
  2. For almost a century after the Civil War, black Americans had good reason to have a chip on their shoulder, but, somewhat amazingly, most did not- until Liberals put it there.
    1. There was a noticeable absence of resentment in many accomplished black Americans a generation or two out of slavery- Kelly Miller, James Weldon Johnson, Paul Laurence Dunbar, W.E.B. DuBois, Booker T. Washington, Archibald Henry Grimke, George Washington Carver, Jack Johnson, Huddie Ledbetter, Louis Armstrong, Thurgood Marshall, Joe Louis, etc.

Both of your points are anecdotal. Ever hear of Tiger Woods? Michael Jackson? Michael Jordan? Will Smith? Kanye West? Obama? All of those are super successful black Americans today to compare to your obscure list. Regardless it is not a sign of racial equality and certainly not a sign that life was better when southern and country racists were Democrats instead of switching parties 60 years ago to join the republicans in their plight of racial domination.

That was some weak sauce.

An OP of emotion. By every measurable statistic the last 3 democratic administrations presided over decreasing unemployment, higher stock market returns, and better GDPs than their 3 Republican counterpoints.

Selecting a Republican is as effective as sending money to a Nigerian Prince for a great promising return.
AQn honest question...Why do Democrats lose the White House?
And don't forget there are more registered Democrats than Republicans.

The electoral handicapping of our republic makes the hurdle high. In the last 8 presidential elections democrats have won 7 by over 5.5M votes on average. Yet they haven’t won 7 of 8 electoral map elections.

The problems of black Americans have nothing to do with racism, white supremacy or white folks.

It has to do with the political landscape engineered by the Democrat Party.

There is room to provide incremental access and opportunity for marginalized communities without demonizing “white” people. You shouldn’t be so defensive about considering options to provide opportunities for people to pull themselves out of the cycle of poverty and failure you’ve so adeptly noted.

No one is asking for white people to do anything other than fund these opportunities for increased access to education and daycare for example. The deck is stacked today.
