New coronavirus strain was identified in Cyprus as stated tonight in the Cypriot media by the professor of the Department of Biological Sciences of the University of Cyprus, Dr. Leontios Kostrikis. The Professor according to what the website Home | News it is a mutation Deltacron identified in 25 cases and it appears that the strains have a genetic background of mutation Delta. “We found a large number of variants identified only in Omicron with differences in other strains because its genome has 30 different variants. Commentary:
It's obvious that the Wuhan Covid-19 virus is mutating more rapidly than the CDC and Fauci can handle. The mutations found in Cyprus are directly related to the "Delta" variant. Meanwhile can we expect a more deadly variant than the original a appear? I'd say more than likely.
Just something we can look forward to for 2022 and beyond.
For all the blustering coming from the 46th president both before and after his fraudulent election to the present, he has not given the average American citizen anything to look forward to but lies, authoritarian edicts and more restrictions of our Constitutional rights that injure us more than the virus has.
