Democrats under Obama refused to give Ukraine ANY military aid.

Actually I do. The funding occurred through one of the Democrat "social charities" (read: money laundering operations) called Thousand Currents. They funded BLM.

They're trying to hide it - as a matter of fact Hillary's people including Marc Elias were in there trying to wipe all traces of those transactions from the BLM books.
