For example, with all the "Deportation" rhetoric and promises, how can you deport anyone if the country of origin refuses you to bring them back? Do you dump them on a remote unchartered island?

All these countries need to do is refuse the USA entry. What then? Dump them on the other side of the border fence? Where? Mexico is NOT gonna go for that unless we pay a hell of a lot PER PERSON. The Arctic circle?
