The sub-domain search lockout via malware droppers happens and no one is saying anyone did it.
I'm just saying that a dirty rat is around the trap.
But that trap isn't sprung.
There needs to be proof that the site has been submitted as a malware dropping site.
Then, that shows malevolence and toxicity to the site.
