Why are conservatives so afraid of the press. It didn't take long for America's second president, Adams, to get Congress to pass a law that newsprint could not criticize politicians? When Adams left the presidency the period was called "The Era of Good Feelings."

That's hilarious from the left wingers that shut down free speech all the time. The press is full of shit and an arm of the democrat party. They are not objective or free.

Where in the Constitution does it say the press must be objective? But you are right it the Constitution does say the press is free to print the news as it sees the news.

The judge in this case is receiving death threats. If the jury doesn't come up with the guilty verdict the left wants they can expect threats and violence. They may already be influenced by that knowledge. It would worry me if I were in their shoes.
