Hold This L: Judge curb-stomps the GOP's pathetic pentagon press ban

Note the word “liberal”
Ahh, you meant the other liberal.

In that case, no, I think the cotus is very specific, but “we the people” have made it “liberal”

If the Constitution were written by Conservatives, it would read…..”We the wealthy”

Pentagon still doing as it pleases because they are a higher power over one “judge”
No they aren't. Thats the entire point of the system. It's designed to protect against a Daddy Cult like yours.

The system is not so that one judge can run the Pentagon
We know that’s your fervent commie wish

Schools out today and the challenged kid is on early
Yes you are. You don't know what a non sequitur is or why it shows your grasp of basic logic is nonexistent. And why you would get laughed out of any room of educated people.

That’s a misuse of the identification of non sequitur
Hahaha

This is like watching a ferret play with a microscope.

Forcing the Pentagon to observe the constitution is not total control of the Pentagon, you moron.

That’s debatable, but, it wasn’t written by conservatives, in fact, it was written to be very neutral to any party politics, it’s just that WE decided to start changing its meanings.

Ad hoc, contrarian nonsense. The Supreme Court was invented right from the beginning to interpret the constitution.

sort of, they are supposed to interpret the cotus to make sure laws that congress makes adhere to it. They are not supposed to interpret the cotus to change its meaning.

they’ve not been doing a very good job of that as we have all sorts of government powers that were never supposed to be allowed.

No, very clearly. The idea of changing it is your red herring, uttered right after agreeing with my assertion regarding interpreting it.

The founding fathers knew the highest court would be the resource for interpreting the constitution. Some were against the idea but accepted it in the end, knowing we had to have a highest court.

And the very first time this idea was tested, it was confirmed.

It's all pretty cut and dry.

The Supreme Court of the United States is the highest court in the nation and the final arbiter of law, acting as the guardian and interpreter of the Constitution. It ensures federal and state laws align with the Constitution, settles disputes involving federal law, and holds the power of judicial review to strike down unconstitutional government actions

Interpret only in the sense of determining the often vague language of the cotus, but that doesn’t allow them to interpret it away from its original meaning.

The only interpretation available is based around what the founders intents were.

i don’t often agree with “interpret” in its more broad sense because political views can sway your interpretation of it. I only agree with interpreting in the sense of, they ascertain exactly what it is the founders meant, usually by reading their writings.

Also, why did you even bring the scouts into this? When I said “we” I meant congress and the people in general.

You have to admit, our government is very far away from the outline the cotus lays out

The Constitution was written by the liberals of the day

I don’t care who wrote it, the document itself was not written respective to any party
Actually, liberal or conservative has nothing to do with party affiliation
