She's being treated in hospital but police say her injuries are not life threatening.

The man, who's 30, is being held on suspicion of attempted murder.

The incident happened in Wood Street, Brierfield, around 3pm on Friday June 12.

I was watching a video out of the UK yesterday where Brits were openly mocking America's portrayal of the UK as a violent place.

Back in the day i was a shooter and owned guns for target shooting, but after the high profile massacres in the UK had to give them up, that pissed me off as a law abiding citizen and it was over kill, sledge hammer to crack a nut, the thing is those three massacres in the UK were carried out by licensed gun owners.
