Actually if NASA claimed that a probe weighing a gram or less with it's own laser, fuel source for the laser and a solar sail and a communications package that does not exist can be built I do not think that they lied to the media I KNOW THAT THEY LIED TO THE MEDIA. Thanks. I just read about IKAROS. It was done over 10 years ago. Wow. The sail was huge and went to Venus with no other on board propulsion.
